LONDON, November 24, 2020: Morgan Lewis represented Winter Capital Advisors, an investment advisory firm focused on private equity and venture capital investments in Europe and emerging markets, in its investment in Arrival, a UK-headquartered technology company that develops and manufactures autonomous-ready, electric vehicles.
Since Winter Capital’s investment, Arrival has announced it will merge with CIIG Merger Corp., a US publicly traded special purpose acquisition company, which will be listed on Nasdaq. The transaction initially valued the combined company at an enterprise value of $5.4 billion.
