Morgan Lewis partner Sandra Moser spoke with Law360 about a recent Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) report on US enforcement of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA). In the piece, she discussed the very strong anti-foreign bribery efforts by US enforcers and regulators. "I think there has been a dramatic uptick and a dramatic growth in attention that is focused on this space," she said. "And just a real explosion in participation and growth in this space, both from inside and outside the [DOJ] in terms of both how defense attorneys and companies subject to its jurisdiction are viewing anti-corruption as a risk."
