Firm Chair Jami McKeon discussed with Law.com the importance of finding innovative ways to maintain firm culture while physically separated. “What we have discovered is you can preserve your culture [even] if you aren’t even in the same place. You need to focus on the things that unify you, and make sure everybody feels a part of the community,” Jami said in the article. For Morgan Lewis, those unifying elements include pro bono work, virtual events including a summer associate program, and daily communication from the firm’s COVID-19 Task Force.
