Morgan Lewis partner Sandra Moser spoke with the Anti-Corruption Report about Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) enforcement efforts in 2020 and the impact of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. In the article, she discussed two of the largest settlements of the year and what they mean for an ongoing trend. “Without question, multiple resolutions with penalties in the billions of dollars are going to result in a slightly skewed perception of reality from a purely financial metrics perspective,” Sandra said. “However, it also certainly is not the case that these matters represent only two of a handful of actions.”
