PHILADELPHIA, December 22, 2020: Morgan Lewis represented Qualia, a digital closing platform for the real estate and mortgage industry, in two transactions.
In the first matter, Qualia raised $65 million in Series D financing, increasing its total funding to $160 million and valuing the company at more than $1 billion. Additionally, Qualia announced the acquisition of Adeptive Software, the developer of ResWare, a complementary title and escrow production software.
