PHILADELPHIA, December 10, 2020: Morgan Lewis is representing Synovos in the company’s agreement to be acquired by Electrocomponents plc from Geocapital Partners and others for $145 million on a debt-free, cash-free basis.
Synovos is a corporate maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) marketplace provider of integrated supply solutions based in Pennsylvania and operating out of 215 client locations across North America. Electrocomponents is a global omni-channel partner for industrial customers and suppliers who are involved in designing, building or maintaining industrial equipment and facilities.
Morgan Lewis partners Andrew Mariniello and Richard Aldridge and associate Jackie Hamilton are advising Synovos.
