Partner Sandra Moser was quoted in an Anti-Corruption Report article about the most notable trends in anticorruption enforcement from 2020. Sandra discussed the US Department of Justice’s practice of looking at compliance both at the time of misconduct and at settlement, noting that “this has enabled companies – some of which have by that stage had years to consider, develop and implement compliance enhancements – to demonstrate to prosecutors that the program is, today, adequately resourced and effective.”
