Partner and leader of the firm’s global labor and employment practice Grace Speights joined Bloomberg Law's Black Lawyers Speak: Stories of the Past, Hopes for the Future podcast series for an episode on her experience as an African American woman law partner. During the episode she discussed her path starting as one of two black lawyers at the firm to becoming a leader in the legal industry. Grace, who serves as co-leader of the firm’s Mobilizing for Equality task force, also spoke about how the legal industry is evolving and the benefits that diverse perspectives bring to clients.
