"The way that you talk about things matters, and a problem in this space has been that people use terms interchangeably that aren't interchangeable," said Greg. "So companies will need to figure out if those terms mean the same thing or not, and having to use different language in talking to different subsets of customers will make it harder and more confusing to communicate."
