Morgan Lewis partner Wendy Tan was interviewed by Asian International Arbitration Centre in its April newsletter. In the interview, Wendy discussed her motivation for joining the legal profession and becoming an arbitration lawyer, in addition to challenges faced by female lawyers. “I am fortunate to be in a firm that is recruiting, retaining and advancing women lawyers,” Wendy said. “There are organisations which are committed to promoting inclusion and diversity and have strong parental and family accommodation policies.
