Partners Daryl Landy and Jason Mills spoke with the Daily Journal regarding Cal/OSHA’s adoption of revised COVID-19 workplace safety standards. According to Daryl, the changes regarding masking requirements only apply to vaccinated employees, so it might be easiest for employers to keep their existing policies. Jason said the changes keep the onus on employers to sort out conflicting employee views on COVID-19 vaccines.
