Morgan Lewis partner Louise Skinner was interviewed by Eddie Mair on LBC Radio about the prospect of making COVID-19 vaccinations compulsory for care home staff. Louise spoke about some of the challenges that employers could face when implementing this policy in addition to certain safeguards that may be brought in alongside the guidance compelling care home staff to have the vaccination.
