Morgan Lewis Partner Sandra Moser Recognized by GIR as Leading FCPA Practitioner

June 14, 2021

WASHINGTON, DC, June 14, 2021: Morgan Lewis partner Sandra Moser has earned a place on Global Investigations Review’s (GIR) inaugural Top FCPA Practitioners list. The competitive list recognizes lawyers at the top of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) space who have a record of career achievements representing clients in matters related to the FCPA.

Sandra is designated by the list as a “practitioner to watch,” a classification reserved for highly regarded lawyers with developing FCPA practices. This is not the first time she has been recognized by GIR. During her tenure at the US Department of Justice, where Sandra oversaw the FCPA Unit, she was named one of the publication’s 100 Women in Investigations.

A member of the firm’s white collar litigation and government investigations practice, Sandra is a former chief of the DOJ’s Fraud Section in Washington, DC, which has exclusive jurisdiction over the FCPA and routinely handles many of the world’s most significant economic crime cases. A veteran trial lawyer, she represents companies and executives in a wide range of matters involving the DOJ, US Securities and Exchange Commission, US Congress, and various other domestic and international enforcement agencies.
