HOUSTON, June 22, 2021: Morgan Lewis represented former NBA Most Valuable Player James Harden of the Brooklyn Nets and his company 13 Endeavors LLC in connection with a new ownership deal for the Houston Dynamo Football Club. Under the terms of the deal, Ted Segal becomes the club’s majority investor, which includes Houston Dynamo FC of the MLS, the Houston Dash of the National Women’s Soccer League, and the leasing rights to BBVA Stadium. James Harden and other limited partner investors Gabriel Brener, Oscar De La Hoya, and Ben Guill will retain minority stakes.
