MOSCOW, July 9, 2021: Morgan Lewis represented private equity firm Baring Vostok in connection with its acquisition of a 12% stake in 12 Storeez, a fast-growing Russian clothing brand.
Baring Vostok focuses on private equity investments in Russia and the Commonwealth of Independent Countries across a range of sectors, including consumer goods, financial services and media and telecoms. 12 Storeez has 34 retail outlets across Russia and one in Kazakhstan.
Partner Artem Tamaev and associate Emil Shagiakhmetov advised Baring Vostok on all aspects of the transaction, with support from partner Ksenia Andreeva on IP-related issues.
