PRINCETON, July 21, 2021: Morgan Lewis is representing Aristech Surfaces LLC in its agreement of a $445 million sale to Trinseo.
Aristech, an affiliate of Falcon Private Holdings LLC, is a global producer of continuous cast acrylic sheet for the wellness, architectural, transportation, and industrial markets. Trinseo is a global materials company and manufacturer of plastics, latex binders, and synthetic rubber.
Morgan Lewis corporate partners Steve Cohen and Ben Novak, and associate Thomas Burke are advising Aristech and Falcon.
Morgan Lewis previously represented Falcon in the 2008 acquisition of Aristech.
