WASHINGTON, DC, October 15, 2021: Morgan Lewis of counsel Mana Behbin was recognized as a Rising Star at the Fund Intelligence 2021 Mutual Fund Industry and ETF Awards, which spotlight fund management professionals and firms for their leadership, governance, and contributions to the industry. The Rising Star award highlights up-and-comers who have made significant strides early in their careers and whose excellence, achievements, and dedication to the mutual fund industry have stood out over the last year. Mana is one of only 11 named to this year’s list.
Mana represents registered investment companies, including mutual funds, closed-end funds, and exchange-traded funds (ETFs), as well as onshore and offshore private equity funds and hedge funds, in connection with regulatory, compliance, and transactional matters. She has recently worked on the redomiciling of several closed-end funds, the launch of one of the first semi-transparent ETFs, and the fund reorganizations and mergers associated with the acquisition of one of the world’s largest investment firms.
Last month, Morgan Lewis was named Best ETF Law Firm at the ETF Express US Awards 2021.
