BOSTON, November 9, 2021: Morgan Lewis is representing ADT Inc. in an agreement to acquire Sunpro Solar for a total enterprise value of approximately $825 million, which includes $160 million in cash plus approximately 77.8 million shares of ADT common stock, subject to adjustment. Upon closing, ADT will rebrand Sunpro to ADT Solar.
ADT is a smart home and small business security provider. Sunpro installs and maintains rooftop solar panels for residential and commercial properties.
