What Businesses Should Know About the New Law Requiring Salaries in Job Ads, Crain’s New York Business

Crain’s New York Business cited a LawFlash from partners Leni Battaglia and Ashley Hale and associate Carolyn Corcoran in a recent article on New York City’s new law that requires employers to include a salary range in all job postings. “Employers should begin reviewing salary ranges for all positions and start reworking job posting templates ahead of May 15,” they write.
