ABU DHABI, DUBAI, May 13, 2022: Morgan Lewis was recognized as Corporate Team of the Year in the M&A category by Law.com International as part of its 2022 Middle East Legal Awards.
The award recognizes the firm’s work advising a group of investors led by TVM Capital Healthcare Partners Limited, an emerging markets-focused healthcare private equity investment firm, on the sale of its portfolio company Cambridge Medical and Rehabilitation Center (CMRC) to Amanat Holdings PJSC, a UAE-based publicly traded investment company that focuses on education and healthcare investments. Morgan Lewis partners Ayman Khaleq, Rebecca Kelly, and Mark Gilligan, and associates Joanna El Khoury, Nahla Shamseddine, Nasma Al Sabe, Laura Shortall, Ali Houssein, Tomisin Mosuro, and Ryan Todd made up the deal team.
The awards, presented May 12, celebrate outstanding work in the Middle East legal sector and recognize the region's landmark deals and initiatives of the past year.
