BEIJING, SHANGHAI, and SINGAPORE, June 27, 2022: Benchmark Litigation Asia-Pacific has recognized Morgan Lewis partners Lesli Ligorner and Wendy Tan for the third consecutive year in the 2022 edition of its Top 100 Women in Litigation list. The annual list recognizes women litigators who have participated in some of the most impactful matters over the last year. Benchmark Litigation's team compiles the list based on research that includes a review of the lawyers’ work as well as client and peer feedback.
Lesli leads the labor and employment practice in China and handles cross-border employment matters and internal investigations across the Asia-Pacific region. She advises on global mobility and immigration, employment and anticorruption due diligence in mergers and acquisitions, leaves of absence, wage and hour laws, intellectual property protection, and unionization and collective bargaining. Lesli also counsels multinational corporations on data privacy and cybersecurity matters.
Wendy’s practice covers litigation and transactional matters. She counsels clients on a wide range of commercial litigation and international arbitration disputes, particularly those relating to the maritime, energy, international trade, insurance, and logistics sectors. She also advises on joint venture agreements, supply chain agreements, oil and gas transactions, employment, and insolvency issues.
