Partner Ezra Church spoke to Global Data Review about the EU-US Data Privacy Framework recently unveiled in an executive order signed by President Joseph Biden.
Ezra noted there are many details to be hammered out, as the order contains directives to various US government departments to establish procedures to limit surveillance and provide review and redress for individual claims.
“Those things will take time to implement,” Ezra said.
