Partner Merryn Craske spoke to GlobalCapital about the amendments to the disclosure templates for multi-jurisdictional securitization deals and private securitizations outlined in the EU Securitisation Regulation.
“The EU Securiti[s]ation Regulation has been in effect for three years and 10 months. From the responses to the consultation preceding the report it is clear that the securitization industry is not seeing improved access to credit for the real economy or an increase in the investor or issuer base,” said Merryn.
