The arrival of partners Christopher Paridon and Kristin Lee to Morgan Lewis as members of the firm’s 150-strong investment management team was the subject of a Law360 article. The article highlights Christopher’s background, most recently at Davis Polk and previously as counsel with the Federal Reserve's Board of Governors' legal division. Christopher said he wanted to join Morgan Lewis because of its "market leading reputation for taking a multidisciplinary approach" to deal making and client service.
Kristin arrives from Citi, where she was an assistant general counsel and senior vice president. "Their financial services capabilities dovetail with my in-house experience, and I look forward to collaborating with my colleagues and being part of such a diverse, talented global team,” Kristin said.
