Partner Scott Milner highlights a 2022 trend he tracked in an article part of a Legaltech News series that notes milestones from the past year.
“The biggest trend for 2022 (which I anticipate will continue in 2023) is the re-purposing and pivot of eDiscovery people, process, and technology to address other gaps in the legal space. One example of this is when attending industry events this year: the exhibitor hall had fewer traditional eDiscovery services and software providers and more services and software providers focused on issues like contract analytics, contract management, cyber breach response, information governance, and data security platforms to address the realities of remote everything during and post-pandemic.”
