WASHINGTON, DC, December 7, 2022: Members of the International Trade Commission Trial Lawyers Association (ITCTLA) have elected Morgan Lewis partner Eric Namrow to serve as president of the nonprofit organization for a one-year term.
Founded in 1984, the ITCTLA’s more than 450 members are dedicated to improving the administration of Section 337 and informing attorneys, international trade officials, and legislators about practice before the ITC.
A member of the ITCTLA for more than 20 years, Eric has served on its Executive Committee for eight years as secretary, treasurer, and vice president. Additionally, he has served on numerous ITCTLA committees, including ITC working groups on practice before Customs and Border Protection and the Court of International Trade; committees making recommendations on changes to ITC Rules of Practice and Procedure; and the preparation of amicus briefs to the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and testimony before Congress.
Eric has over 25 years of experience representing clients in high-stakes intellectual property litigation. He is the leader of the firm’s intellectual property practice in the Washington, DC, office and chairs the practice before the ITC. He has litigated more than 100 ITC investigations, including more than two dozen that have gone to trial.
