FRANKFURT, February 28, 2023: Morgan Lewis represented indie Semiconductor, Inc., a California-based autotech solutions company, on the acquisition of Silicon Radar GmbH. Silicon Radar is a Germany-based developer of system-on-chips for automotive radar applications, which are an essential aspect of advanced driver assistance systems and automotive safety applications.
The Morgan Lewis team in Germany and the United States comprised partners Uli Korth, Michael Masling, and Albert Lung, of counsel Karsten Emmermann, and associates Sarah-Loreen Krüger, Vladimir Konchakov, Leonhard Seifert, and Emily Chapman.
