Partner Levi McAllister spoke with The National Law Journal about opportunities that arise from state and federal environmental regulations.
“Every time we see a new issuance, a new sort of statutory provision from the federal government, some sort of mandate from a state like California or New York about clean vehicles, EPA stuff today, I mean the phone just starts ringing off the hook,” Levi said. “It’s unbelievable how much work has come up in the last three years in an area that didn’t really exist that long ago.”
