New York, April 28, 2023: Morgan Lewis has been honored by Managing Intellectual Property in firm-level and individual lawyer categories of its 2023 Americas Awards. The awards highlight remarkable intellectual property (IP) achievements and developments during the last year. Winners were revealed during a gala dinner in New York City on April 27.
The firm received the Impact Case of the Year award for achieving a significant victory at the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit on behalf of Nippon Shinyaku in Nippon Shinyaku Co. v. Sarepta Therapeutics. Led by partners Amanda Williamson and William Peterson and associate Maria Doukas, the team also included partners Eric Kraeutler, Dion Bregman, and Jitsuro Morishita, of counsel Amy Dudash, and associate Michael Sikora.
