A Morgan Lewis team led by partner Andrew Gallo earned runner-up in The Am Law Litigation Daily’s Litigator of the Week contest for fending off fraudulent transfer claims stemming from the $7.2 billion sale of the Samson Investment Company in 2011 to a private equity consortium led by Kohlberg Kravis Roberts.
The team included partner Nathaniel Bruhn and associates Rhonda Yacawych, Nakisha Duncan, and Julia Blackburn Otero.
