LONDON, June 14, 2023: A transaction in which Morgan Lewis lawyers represented ACIA Aero Leasing has been named the Revolving Credit Facility Deal of the Year for 2022 at the AirFinance Journal Awards, which recognize outstanding work on aviation finance transactions.
They served as borrowers’ counsel on ACIA Aero Leasing’s revolving credit facility (RCF) with Investec, and this included a revision to the transaction facilitating a second borrower into the RCF.
