PRINCETON, June 1, 2023: Morgan Lewis advised Reunion Neuroscience Inc. in a definitive agreement with MPM BioImpact under which MPM’s affiliates would acquire Reunion in an all-cash transaction valued at approximately $13.1 million.
Reunion is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company committed to developing innovative and patented therapeutic solutions for underserved mental health conditions. MPM is an investment firm with three decades of experience creating and investing in innovative biotechnology companies.
