WASHINGTON, DC, June 5, 2023: Morgan Lewis associate Joshua Savey has been named to the 2023–2024 class of John S. Nolan Fellows by the American Bar Association (ABA). Nolan Fellows are tax lawyers who are actively involved in the ABA’s Tax Section and have demonstrated leadership qualities and a commitment to the Tax Section’s mission.
Joshua focuses his practice on the formation and taxation of private and pooled investment vehicles such as mutual funds, exchange-traded funds, real estate funds, private equity funds, and other investment-related entities. He represents both sponsors and investors with respect to such matters. Joshua also has experience advising clients on international tax planning and partnership taxation.
Joshua and the five other lawyers selected for the national fellowship will begin their one-year term on September 1.
