Joshua L. Savey focuses his practice on the formation and taxation of private and pooled investment vehicles such as mutual funds, exchange-traded funds (ETFs), real estate investment trusts (REITs), real estate funds, private equity funds, opportunity zone funds, and other investment-related entities. Josh represents both sponsors and investors, including tax-exempt investors and sovereign wealth funds, with respect to such matters. Josh also has experience advising clients with respect to international tax planning and partnership taxation.
