Partner Leonidas Theodosiou spoke to Global Competition Review about a European Court of Justice decision finding that a Hungarian ruling preventing an EU company from acquiring a strategically important raw materials supplier violates EU law.
“It materially limits the jurisdiction” of member states to review foreign investments carried out through EU companies, Leonidas said, speaking about the importance of the preliminary ruling.
