The Legal Intelligencer featured former partner Tess Blair, founder of the firm’s eData practice, in an article on her next chapter at art school as well as the origin, growth, and future of the eData practice. In the article, partner Scott Milner, who now leads the practice, noted that he is considering having the group “expand more into data incident response . . . and repurposing out people process and technology to support data mining from contracts, whether they deal with legal issues or in the due diligence process.”
“We’re going to continue our focus there, redoubling our efforts in the information governance space with the increased cyber risk and over-retention of data issue that’s surrounding our organizations,” Scott said.
