PRINCETON, November 8, 2023: Morgan Lewis represented Next 3 and Carolyn Tisch Blodgett, founder and CEO of Next 3, on behalf of the Tisch family, in becoming a minority owner and strategic investor in NJ/NY Gotham FC of the National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL).
Next 3 is a strategic investment platform focusing on early and growth-stage businesses in the sports, media, entertainment, and consumer spaces. The firm is led by Carolyn Tisch Blodgett and the Tisch family, who are also co-owners of the New York Giants. Gotham FC has been part of the NWSL since 2012 and plays its home matches at Red Bull Arena in Harrison, New Jersey.
