Partner Merryn Craske was quoted in GlobalCapital on the subject of the Central & Eastern European (CEE) trade receivable securitization market as part of her participation on a panel at the CEE Securitization Summit in Vienna on January 17, 2024.
The panel discussed the fact that trade receivable securitization volumes have dropped nearly 30% since their peak in late 2021. “You want to work with advisors who are experienced, but there’s almost always a way through,” said Merryn. “The transactions tend to last years and can have new jurisdictions added.”
