Arriving from McDermott, Philipp will advise businesses on a range of individual and collective employment-related litigation and counseling matters.

Philipp advises German and international companies on both individual and collective employment law matters, with a particular focus on remuneration systems, company pensions, restructurings, and employment law aspects related to public-private partnerships. He also advises on employment matters tied to mergers and acquisitions. Philipp frequently works with clients in the life sciences, automotive, financial, and publishing industries.
