Partner Leonidas Theodosiou spoke to Global Competition Review about US-based company TransDigm’s acquisition of Iceman Holdco and its UK subsidiaries.
“The key concern related to TransDigm’s latest deal was the sensitivity of the target, rather than the nationality of the investor, which is illustrated by the ‘virtually identical condition’ required as that imposed in the 2022 transaction,” he said.
