Partner Jeffrey Bodle was quoted in an American Lawyer article that discussed how law firms’ emerging companies and venture capital practice groups view the state of the market.
“Early-stage companies can be somewhat differentiated from general market conditions. These are companies that are five to seven years from exit when they’re first getting going,” said Jeff. “Really innovative companies are always going to attract investor interest, so it’s less predicated by what the M&A market or the IPO market may look like at the time.”
