Morgan Lewis Advises GIC on Databricks $10B Series J Investment

SAN FRANCISCO, December 17, 2024: Morgan Lewis advised GIC, a global investment firm, as co-lead in Databricks’ Series J funding valued at $10 billion. The funding values Databricks at $62 billion.

Databricks is a data and artificial intelligence (AI) company with more than 10,000 organizations worldwide relying on the company’s Databricks Data Intelligence Platform.
