Deanne noted, “It does seem that there is an uptick in product liability and tort litigation, certainly in California, in my experience, and nationwide as well.”
“Wherever the successful products go, the litigation tends to follow, and wherever the regulators take a look at the products, the litigation tends to follow,” Wendy said.
