International Employment Lawyer Names Morgan Lewis European Law Firm of the Year

LONDON, November 25, 2025: Morgan Lewis was named European Law Firm of the Year at International Employment Lawyer’s IEL Awards ceremony, held November 19 in London. The awards celebrate law firms and practitioners that have demonstrated exceptional achievements in assisting clients with employment and labor matters across the globe.

In addition to securing the European Law Firm of the Year honor, Morgan Lewis was recognized across several other categories. The firm was shortlisted for Global Mobility Team of the Year, North American Law Firm of the Year, and International Employment Law Team of the Year. Partner Rebecca Ford was also named a finalist for International Employment Lawyer of the Year.
