Morgan Lewis Continues Build of Pacific Northwest Litigation Team with Partner Kit Roth
November 05, 2025SEATTLE, NOVEMBER 5, 2025: Morgan Lewis is pleased to announce the addition of Kit Roth as a partner in the firm’s litigation practice, resident in Seattle. Joining from Goldfarb & Huck Roth Riojas, where he was a founding partner, Kit brings more than two decades of experience representing clients in high-stakes matters, federal investigations, and complex commercial disputes across a wide range of sectors.
“Kit’s deep connections in the Pacific Northwest and trusted relationships across industries align naturally with our client-first approach,” said Firm Chair Jami McKeon. “His broad business litigation experience enhances our ability to support companies in fast-evolving and innovative markets.”
Kit’s comprehensive practice includes intellectual property disputes, securities litigation, consumer and shareholder class actions, and corporate governance matters. With trial experience in US federal and state courts nationwide, he has represented clients in some of the most sophisticated matters across technology, finance, and other highly regulated industries. Kit also represents public and private companies and their directors and officers in inquiries, enforcement actions, and internal investigations brought by the US Securities and Exchange Commission and the US Department of Justice.
“Kit is a dynamic and accomplished lawyer, enhancing the depth of our Seattle office and strengthening our national litigation capabilities,” said Troy Brown, leader of the firm’s global litigation practice. “His versatility across IP, securities, and commercial disputes aligns with the needs of the businesses we serve, and his track record of teamwork and client service exemplifies our firm’s culture.”
Kit’s hiring follows the arrival earlier this year of trial lawyer Andrea Ostrovsky in Seattle, further bolstering the firm’s litigation and trial capabilities in a strategic region for Morgan Lewis. Together, these new partners enhance Morgan Lewis’s global platform in white collar, securities, product liability, intellectual property, financial services, and business disputes, which includes nearly 1,000 litigators across more than 30 offices.
