BOSTON, December 17, 2025: Morgan Lewis represented Shon’s Scientific Refrigeration Co. Inc. in its sale to Technical Safety Services LLC (TSS).

Shon’s Scientific, founded in 1946 and headquartered in Dedham, MA, specializes in refrigeration services for the healthcare, academic, and biopharmaceutical markets in New England. TSS is a nationwide provider of testing, calibration, and certification services in the life science and healthcare industries.
