Morgan Lewis Advises Karmen on €50 Million Financing with Sienna Investment Managers

PARIS, January 16, 2026: Morgan Lewis represented Karmen in securing a new €50 million financing capacity from Sienna Investment Managers, a European asset manager active in private debt. This transaction, the third for Karmen over the past four years, is part of a new long-term partnership between Sienna Investment Managers and Karmen.

Headquartered in Paris, Karmen is a French fintech specializing in working capital financing for small and medium-sized enterprises.
