In a profile in Tax Journal, partner Andrew Callaghan discussed his practice, the evolving United Kingdom (UK) tax landscape, and the issues currently top of mind for clients.

“Most of my time is spent advising on the establishment of international corporate structures and cross-border M&A, as well as structured finance matters,” Andrew said. He also discussed stamp duty/stamp duty reserve tax on share transactions, the recent UK budget, and the challenges of keeping businesses growing in the UK while attracting inbound investment.
