Morgan Lewis Advises GIC as Lead Investor in Anthropic $30 Billion Series G Round

NEW YORK and SAN FRANCISCO, February 12, 2026: Morgan Lewis advised global institutional investor GIC, as lead investor, in Anthropic’s $30 billion Series G round, valuing Anthropic at $380 billion. This latest investment builds upon GIC’s earlier investment in Anthropic’s $13 billion Series F.
