Morgan Lewis Advises Eurazeo on Financing Aspects of Its Investment In PSF SA (Groupe Pierre Schmidt)

PARIS, March 19, 2026 – Morgan Lewis advised Eurazeo, a leading European investment group, on the financing aspects of its investment in PSF SA (Groupe Pierre Schmidt), a French group specializing in charcuterie and prepared food specialties from the Alsace region, founded in 1911 in Strasbourg.

The transaction forms part of a sponsorless deal announced by Eurazeo through its Flex Financing activity. The transaction enables the Schmidt family to hold 100% of the group’s shares and thereby continue its family history.

The group notably markets its products through mass retail channels under the Pierre Schmidt, Stoeffler, and Maison Adam brands and has more than 800 employees across four production sites in Alsace.
